We accept Personal Injury Protection (PIP) on open and active claims with a referral.
All claims must be verified prior to your initial massage appointment.

We will contact you once your claim has been verified and you are able to schedule.
All first-time PIP visits are charged to the client and reimbursed once we receive the first payment from your PIP insurance provider.
We do not accept third-party PIP claims.

We accept Washington State Labor & Industries (L&I) claims that are open and active with a referral.
All claims must be verified prior to your initial massage appointment.

Massage Therapy is a subjective service by nature. So it is different for each person, and experienced differently by each individual. Therefore, your therapist will be checking in to see how you are doing, feeling, the pressure, the temperature, during and after your treatment. And even after you, our client, have communicated to the therapist what does and doesn't work for you, and you are still in any way dissatisfied with your massage, please let us know.
